4:02 He was already suspicious of death and the future the day before. Interesting.
5:48 Are they French students and don’t even know ‘allons-y’?
10:34 They’re struggling to make the plane look menacing, I’ll be honest.
13:41 “Notre voyage commence!”
15:54 Yea, I would get off the plane if I had a vision like that too.
19:23 This is such a good premise for a movie.
29:51 “Don’t talk to me, you scare the hell out of me.” Good teaching there.
32:13 Ooh, yay, this is when the Casualty style bits start.
37:05 I didn’t realise the killer water retreated like that.
43:45 Hooray, the mortuary guy.
51:39 “That’s Death’s design.”
56:58 Long matches for the win!
1:07:28 Now Carter’s asking the right questions. “Did you know she was going to be next?”
1:10:58 Ah, okay, now I’m not going to want to get into two door cars.
1:17:05 This is like next level doomsday prepping.
1:25:34 So many things can kill you.
1:30:07 Love that he just carries the seating plan around in his pocket.

Thoughts

I really like this film. I’ve seen it before and previously found it really gruesome - I guess watching a lot of more grim TV recently has made me enured to it because it wasn’t too bad. I think it’s a clever premise, even if it doesn’t all stack up 100%, and it makes for some edge-of-your-seat moments, even when you know what’s coming! I wanted to watch this one to be able to watch the next couple, but I’m glad I got to revisit this… it must be the strongest in the series.
